How long does credentialing take?
Plan on 60 to 150 days from a complete application to a signed contract. Medicare is often on the faster end. Medi Cal and many commercial plans take longer, and a few large plans can run past 150 days.
Payers control their own timelines, so we will never promise a date we cannot control. We set expectations in writing for each payer and follow up on a regular schedule so nothing sits idle on our side.
What do you need from me?
After you approve your plan, we send one secure upload link and a checklist. Most providers need:
- State license, NPI and CAQH login if you already have one
- Malpractice insurance certificate
- CV or work history for the last five years
- Degrees, board certifications and DEA where they apply
- Practice details: legal name, TIN or EIN, service addresses and a W9
- Banking letter or voided check for payment setup
Then about 15 minutes of your time to review and sign each application. We handle the rest.
Is EnrollNorth HIPAA ready?
Credentialing work is mostly about provider information, not patient records. Even so, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement on request, collect documents through secure upload links rather than email attachments and limit access to the people doing your work.

Do you guarantee I will be approved?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Each payer makes its own decision, and some panels are closed in certain areas or specialties. What we do promise: complete, accurate applications, consistent follow up and a plain answer about where each application stands.
Why written updates instead of calls?
Credentialing is full of dates, reference numbers and documents. Keeping everything in writing gives you a clear record, fits around a full patient schedule and means nothing gets lost in a voicemail.
Do you only work in California?
California is our home base and our focus, including Medi Cal. We also help small practices in other states with Medicare, CAQH and commercial payer enrollment.
Can you help me leave a platform group and contract on my own?
Yes. Many therapists start on a platform's group contract and later want their own TIN, rates and patient relationships. We map out which payers to apply to and help you plan the timing so you avoid gaps.
